How To Make A Return
Returns can only be done in person at Bookish (Hole Academic Centre)
Textbooks
Textbooks and course material(s) are returnable/exchangeable up to 3 days (SPRING & SUMMER) and 10 days (FALL & WINTER) from the start of the classes. The condition must be original and must provide the original receipt. Please, note that a 10% restocking fee may apply.
Branded Goods
Branded Goods are returnable/exchangeable within 14 days of the purchase. The price tags must be attached to the item and should be in the original condition. Please, note that the original receipt must be provided.
Non-eligible items
Some items are deemed as a final sale and are not eligible for return. These include:
- digital access codes
- custom courseware
- plays/novels/graphic novels
- calculators
- software
- custom orders
- lab coats
- safety goggles
- reference books
- sale items
- dissecting kits
- molecular models
- transit passes
Method of Refund
Refunds for all purchases will be credited to the original method of payment.
